Location data
With your permission, we use your device location to help technicians navigate to your address accurately and to show relevant service availability in your city.
Data sharing
We share your name, address, and contact number with the assigned technician solely to complete your repair. Payment details are processed directly by our payment partners (Razorpay/Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Data retention
We retain booking and repair history to honor warranty claims and provide customer support. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
