Refund Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled slot from My Bookings. Cancellations after this window, or after a technician has been dispatched, may incur a nominal visit fee.
Refund eligibility
Full refunds are issued if we are unable to complete your repair, if the wrong part was used, or if the issue reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved. Refunds are not applicable once a repair is successfully completed and accepted.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Wallet credits, where applicable, reflect instantly.
Non-refundable scenarios
Diagnostic-only visits, custom part orders already procured, and repairs affected by pre-existing unrelated damage are not eligible for refund.
