FonFixit connects customers with independent, verified technicians for doorstep smartphone repair. Pricing shown at booking is final, inclusive of parts, labor, and applicable taxes.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate device and contact information, be present or available at the scheduled address, and back up your data before the repair where relevant.
Technician conduct
All technicians are background-verified and trained. Report any conduct concerns immediately to support for investigation.
Limitation of liability
FonFixit is not liable for data loss, pre-existing device issues, or damage arising from customer-provided incorrect information. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific booking.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
